Beautiful cafe with great styling, amazing/friendly staff. Excellent health choice options on the menu however the taste didn't deliver. I ordered the biggest meal called the Breakfast Brekky - The only things that had flavour on the plate was their feta which was divine, their nutty toast and their unique hash brown. The Mexican beans had no flavour whatsoever. The mushrooms and spinach were literally just out on the plate with no flavour, seasoning - Unsure why. It just felt like some ingredients put together without flavour that didn't quite blend with each other. My coffee was very average too. I am optimistic that if I try another dish next time then my experience won't be the same. A bit of a shame as I was quite excited to try this place My wife tried the waffles and I had a bite of that too and they were amazing.

Food and service was nice but very disappointing that they charge an extra $2 EACH for empty plates. And if you order a side, they charge you an empty plate. So be aware that any side dish would need to include an extra $2 on top of the price. The issue is not really about the additional cost but the fact that they never told us about it. We only found out after paying the bill. Just be aware in case you're planning to share or ask for extra plates (first time ever needing to pay for this - more expensive than a takeaway box 😅) P.S we weren't actually planning to share but the waitress asked if we wanted any sharing plates and we decided to share based on that 😅

Located at the Yarra Valley junction with its colourful retro vibe is Nancy's of the Valley. Local's go to spot for coffee and recommended by the visitors also. I recommend their locally roasted organic Silva coffee and heavenly breakfasts served on a beautifully made pottery plates and cups. Portion were generous and friendly staff. It is worth noting that the cafe supports the local and organic produce and offers all day breakfast menu and daily changing specials. Check out their fresh daily muffins and friands and plenty of seating area with the backyard as well as indoor. Ps They also cater to many dietary requirements.

We're locals and when the new owners took over its changed and not for the better sadly. Have tried twice and now likely won't return. On a positive note: great tea using real tea leaves and lovely iced coffee. But the food used to be infinitely better - examples: the side of avocado was the type you squeeze from a tube - tasteless and odd texture, the hash browns are now the aldi brand frozen ones when before they were cafe style. Add to that lacklustre service from a bored waitress and undercooked eggs and honestly - just not worth the cost. All of the uniqueness and warmth of the Cafe has been replaced with cheap ingredients and overpriced menu. It used to be packed on weekends, and now we were one of 3 tables. Won't be back, loads of better...

We love finding cafes like this when adventuring in new places! We visited 3 days in a row when staying near by. The staff were super warm & friendly & even remembered what milk we drank on our second visit. Delicious local coffee really hit the spot each morning! Lots of options for those with dietary requirements & very accomodating for those extra little requests. We tried a few different vegan & gluten free menu items & although we needed to add a little salt- we really enjoyed our meals! Those waffles!!!! Shout out the Monica & the lovely barista who's name we didnt manage to catch- you hospo legends really made a difference to our days & do a...
