Regular customer to this store ,very good manager and other staff are good always but today I experienced worst customer service..I ordered food and picked up the food but one of the items (chips) was missing and went back and spoke to a person named jay. he replied do u guys have photo of missing item,does this make any sense to him,and he was saying that 2ppl were working and we are sure we packed food properly with so much attitude. I don't like spicy food and I'm not 100 % sure the person heard (i.e. actually listened carefully to what I wanted). The result due to this was that I received either a spicy option, or there was left over spices on the grill and basting brush. I'm not sure again what I specified as I was tired. I received a portion that either was a quarter chicken when I wanted a half chicken, or the chicken was a miniature breed or not fully grown.
