Noodle Box Campbellfield — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered online for pickup, when I arrived to pick it up the lady serving us at the front said “can I cancel your order”. We asked why on earth would you do that and she responds with “not enough staff and we don’t have all the ingredients”. We then asked for a cash refund and she said “yes I can” then hands us a 5 dollar note (our order cost us $50.85). We then questioned why she was only giving us 5 dollars refund as our order was $50+. After 5 minutes of trying to convince her to give us the CORRECT refund, we finally got our change but no food. The food was no where near what I ordered. I ordered their Chinese Honey Soy which was supposed to have vegetables and etc which it DID NOT only had the meat, noodles and overload of soya sauce topping. The dumplings… where do I even start, it was unreal. I bought their chicken dumplings and it wasn’t even chicken inside. The look and taste was terrible. It felt like paper.

On top of that I waited 30 minutes for this meal. Not worth it, I thought it’d be a good after food treat but it was disappointing.

I was picking up delivery on evening 6 November 2025 Noodle Box Campbellfield and was very disappointed with the service and hygiene. The staff member on duty was extremely rude and didn’t care about customers. He was on his phone most of the time instead of serving properly. The hygiene was also very poor. He came from the fuel station area to the food section without wearing gloves and was touching the food directly. This shows no focus on customer service or cleanliness.
