I was intrigued by all the positive reviews and had to try this food. Ordered a plate with 2 skewers and another 2 skewers add on at just under $50, which is extremely overpriced for a takeaway shop.. It came with 1 pita bread and in a box of chips which were soaked in oil by the salad that they put next to them. The pita is a basic coles souvlaki Pita and NOT the traditional Greek one... All the skewers were have full. For something that costs $9 and it doesn't come with a pita, first I've heard at a souvlaki store, I wouldn't buy again. The only thing genuine about the food is the tzatziki... Overpriced, place smelt of oil when you enter the shop and the most important, the food was just not tasty... I can see all the reviews are relatively new so not sure if there was a promotion for reviews to suddenly go up or they are made up, and I acknowledge it's bad and im sorry, to apparently be the first person that has something to say with a low review but noone that actually knows souvlaki would pay this much for this food. It is anything BUT traditional, overpriced and it was the first souvlaki shop I actually did not finish my plate with my partner and we shared it between the dog and the bin. Just to set expectations for people this is more for HSP food and not souvlaki... Disappointing for the money I spent...

Must say that the food was nice. Not original souvlaki like they made it years back, but it was still good. Nothing beats Turkish break souvlaki, just amazing. But the lamb with BBQ sauce is really nice. Other downside is it is priced very high! One souvlaki cost me nearly $20. Beware they have a 2% surcharge for card.

The food is like a home cooked meal. In 5 minutes I can have dinner ready, salad meats, moussaka, spanakopita…. Yum The cakes are delicious especially the galaktoboureko. Awesome local business and great service.

Unfriendly, overpriced and overall bad experience never visiting again. Added edit after owners response: This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a second review or edit my initial review for the same shop. Instead of spending so much time replying defensively to negative feedback, perhaps that energy would be better spent training your female staff in basic customer service — respect, friendliness, and etiquette.

Rather than asking customers for the exact time they visited and what they ordered just so you can review your cameras, maybe try taking feedback on board and improving from it. If you can’t handle constructive criticism, perhaps running a business isn’t for you.

From my experience, you and your staff seem to have anger management issues that urgently need addressing. It’s hard not to wonder if many of the glowing reviews here are from friends you’ve asked to boost your ratings, just as you assume that negative reviewers haven’t actually visited your store.

As the saying goes — if you can’t handle the heat, stay out of...

First off ...fantastic souvlaki. This is authentic Greek - a family affair..Mum, Dad and daughters. The maestro of the operation is Dad on the grill...who looks like he has just got off the beach in Mykonos. Food wise he is like the Pavarotti of souvlaki - you could see the care and attention he takes cooking the meat over the charcoal and carefully constructing the kebabs. Unfortunately, imagine Pavarotti actually manning a grill....and speed or lack off is the issue. The output of the grill genius Dad is a bit glacial. Product supperb....product delivery time ....not so good. First time I came here...3 customers in store...20mins for 2 kebabs. Tonight they were busy...people in store and phone orders. 2 kebabs ...30mins. I think a lot of locals trying out the new food offering. But I am waying up whether I go again....the wait ...the wait. Dad needs help on the grill...but many geniuses can't let others help....as they want total control over there work. Come for the food....just be...
