Plenty of room in Hudson's on a Monday morning. Needed a quick feed and a drink so opted for a Chai Latte and a coconut/pistachio slice. Chai was a bit lukewarm but the slice filled the spot. Not a buzzy place. Lots of takeawayers. Staff were friendly and cheery It is the only cafe inside Holmesglen as far as I know. It sits between Buildings 1 & 2

We thought the coffee was on the average side and not particularly hot. However, this cafe has a nice ambiance and is very clean which is very important given that it's in the middle of a hospital and patients do visit here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great to have this in the centre of an AMAZING caring hospital. Very clean and tidy. The coffee is average, a little on the empty cup side sometimes, depends who serves you. Great selection of hot food and sandwiches, slices and coffee

Hudson's Coffee located in Moorabbin is an amazing café for all people. The staff are very kind and welcoming with a warm smile each morning. I attend this café often as it is very convenient (located next to the Moorabbin hospital and Holmesglen institute) as well as proving a great atmosphere. As a student, this place is wonderful as nearly all seats have a charging port (USB) and adapter port for your laptop device.
