P2Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

As soon as Steve sold eat pizza, these guys took over and I tried it thinking it’s the same top quality pizza. I was wrong. The quality of the pizza and ingredients has gone down from the dough, the toppings are much less, yet same price if not more. They obviously don’t care about customers if they’re using cheap ingredients and making us pay the same for less. Also looks like they’re Indians so have to question their hygiene practices all around the shop let alone the food. Also - I can tell their family and friends have posted 5 star reviews and looks like they’ve paid for 5 star reviews from fake accounts to make them selves look good. This is a recipe for disaster, and you are on the right path to successfully fail your business, as people are after quality top food for a decent price here in Melbourne, take your Indian street food practises somewhere else. They’re ruining every single industry and the food in Melbourne has gone down hill in the last 10+ years since they’re taking over everything. Manager is a lair. Ordered through menu log and give a 1.5 hour delivery window. That's fair for a Friday at 6pm. Once the order had not arrived I called only to be told the pizza was on its way. Staff blamed traffic on Gordon Street and the Princes hwy. Ok I waited another 25mins. The length of time it takes me to drive from my house to this store, on a busy day. How do I know? My mum lives 2 mins from this store. I call back and the manager says he knows nothing about this previous delivery but had just filled this order himself and sent it out. It's now 2 hours since I ordered. I called out his lies and cancelled the order. Eat pizza have refused to refund my money for pizza that has never been delivered. I made and delivered pizza in Richmond for 3 years in the naughts, I know when I'm being lied to about a disorganised crew. This place is dishonest, pay on delivery. Don't use an app that charges you first.

Worst experience ever. We ordered a garlic pizza and asked for it to be Vegan. We realised later that he charged us $16 for a the pizza, when the normal price for the same pizza on the menu was $9. $7 just to add vegan cheese is absolutely ridiculous. The worst part was that when questioned the pricing, the staff member was really rude and arrogant and kept trying to justify it. It made no sense as every other pizza was just $3 to $4 more for the vegan version and he also said they normally charge $4 to add vegan cheese to a normal pizza. When I asked why this was $7 different he could give any reasonable answer and kept arguing that vegan cheese is very expensive. $16 for some dough with a bit of garlic and vegan cheese on it, is not good value for money at all.
