Pasta Fresca, has the very best fresh pasta you could possibly buy. We absolutely think it’s worth the 30min drive it takes us to get to Bentleigh for Pasta Fresca. We wouldn’t buy fresh pasta anywhere else (we’ve tried several other places), as there is no comparison to the quality. It’s the silkiest & great value for money. We recently brought 500g of ricotta & spinach ravioli as well as treating ourselves to some ricotta cannoli…see photos , including an earlier Instagram post. I was truly missing my late mum, so I made lasagna using her recipe, with one small delicious difference, Pasta Fresca lasagna sheets. Pasta Fresca is such a great place to get high quality handmade Fresh Pasta! I absolutely love this place! Everything is amazingly good, I can't wait to try every variety of Pasta in the shop, not only do Pasta Fresca make amazing Pasta, they also make some Beautiful Sauces as well as selling a few different quality products such as Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese I Highly Recommend Pasta...
