Absolutely a must-visit! The food here is incredibly delicious, and the portions are huge! We ordered the bolognese pasta and a large pizza (half Capricciosa, half Hawaiian), and still ended up taking half of it home, definitely generous servings for just two people. The staff were so kind and welcoming. We arrived close to closing time, but they still let us dine in without rushing us, and even treated us to a complimentary garlic cheesy bread, which was absolutely amazing. Great food, lovely service, and overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend! ✨

What great service! We had an early dinner here and they let our kiddo shape her own dessert pizza and gave it to her after the meal. It was lovely and she was just thrilled to make her first pizza. We had the Hawaii 50 and the Red Hot Meat and they were both tasty - the ham on their pizzas is very good and fresh - not dry and stringy like lots of other aussie-style pizza places have. If I had to stretch to find any faults with this place, I'd have preferred the Red Hot Meat to be a bit spicier. We'll definitely be back again!

I’m not sure if this was an off night for them, but we were surprised the place had high ratings and the food we received did not reflect that. We ordered takeaway (2 pizzas and 4 pastas) and the food was just mediocre and bland. Pizzas were okay but nothing really special. The pastas were really bad…the spaghetti aglio e olio was overcooked and extremely under seasoned. We also got the gnocchi pesto and it came extremely soupy and also very under seasoned.

If we could give a ZERO review we would.

You would think a front of house new girl serving be extra cautious and ensure she takes the customer’s order correctly. However, my partner asked for no ham on his pizza, I ordered Linguine Marinara. My partner received his pizza first I was left waiting for my meal. We are go out to dine, to eat together not separately. His pizza not only had lots of ham (and he couldn’t be bothered waiting not another to be made), but could hardly see any ingredients other than the thickest layer of cheese (he didn’t order a cheese pizza). I received my meal about 10 mins later, only to again immediately notice that it had cheese sprinkled topping (and not the shaved authentic parmesan but supermarket packet sprinkle cheese, REALLY!). I told the waitress I do not eat cheese with my pasta and the waitress replied, “we add cheese to all our pasta dishes”, I said “well I would expect you would add that to the menu, don’t you think? you cannot just assume”. The waitress took my meal away to redo, of course this took a while and it the meal was totally tasteless, I have no doubt they rinsed both pasta and seafood in hot water and threw it back into the base tomato sauce, it was so bland! The staff were polite but again no wonder they got their orders wrong on a busy Sat night, both back of house and young girls at front of house were too occupied chatting to actually provide good customer service, they were certainly NOT attentive to their customers, as we had to keep calling them over to serve us, they are certainly not aware of their surroundings. Given on this Sat night it wasn’t yet busy (as we dined early,) my partner & I agreed, we wouldn’t want to die of thirst. Very disappointed as the reviews are very different to our experience, WILL Never go back! Their culinary & customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

We also find it amazing the company only replies to good reviews DOES NOT acknowledge the honest unpleasant...

I had heard such wonderful things about this place! I was so excited to try their pizzas and pastas! We called and booked a table all was fine, we got there and got seated. As it was a Sunday it was quite busy with take away orders but only 1 other family dining in. We looked at the menu and had all decided what we wanted, by the time we had decided on food no one had come to get our drink orders. We then waited because I had a lot of faith in this place and really wanted to try it. We ended up waiting approximately 30 mins and no one had served us. I then politely asked if someone could please serve us as we had been waiting a long time. The worker then said yes give me a minute. So we waited longer and finally they got the chef out of the kitchen to come and serve us. The chef then told us that they weren’t serving pasta anymore even though the only other table in the place had pasta. We were quite upset about that as they didn’t tell us that when we booked over the phone because we wouldn’t have came if we knew that was the case. Ended up leaving, got an apology from the chef but no apology from the owner or any other staff member that saw us there waiting and didn’t serve us. I still have faith in this place so I plan on going back and really hoping for...

We’ve absolutely fallen in love with Italy 🇮🇹🍕🍝Pizzacraft and Pasta Co.—so much so that we’ve visited three times in the past two weeks! Every dish feels like a heartfelt journey to Italy, bursting with authentic, mouth-watering flavors and made with so much love and care.

The Popeye Pizza is a vegetarian dream—fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious! The Tandoori Pizza adds a unique twist we can’t get enough of, and the Toorak Tractor is packed with perfectly balanced toppings. Our kids adored the Mini Hipster—just the right size and so tasty.

Vegetarian options like the Arancini are simply divine—crispy on the outside with creamy, flavorful goodness inside. And the Gnocchi in creamy pesto is pure indulgence—silky, rich, and mouth-watering, it feels like a warm hug straight from Italy.

Peter, the owner, has created something truly special here. His passion and dedication shine through in every bite, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere reflects his love for great food and happy customers. Every visit leaves us craving more, and it’s safe to say this has become our favorite Italian spot. We can’t wait to come back for more of this vegetarian-friendly Italian...
