Terrible experience. both staff were rude and not welcoming or friendly at all. we waited far too long for 2 meals for them to be subpar. Parma didn’t have ham and hardly any cheese or napoli sauce. we will not be coming back and do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone with an appreciation of good customer service....
