Ramen & Dumpling House Clayton — Restaurant in Melbourne

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The guy who works there constantly made big mistakes. Seriously all the times we have been there that served by him, there would be one or even multiple misorders. First time phone order, not even one dish he gave to us was the one we ordered. At the start point we thought maybe he's not very good at English. However, apparently he couldn't do his job properly either when our friend ordered in Chinese. Many times he would either served wrong dishes, or just served something more than what we told him. Last time, he charged more dishes we didn't have at all. Our plates were literally right in front of the counter and the other staff there couldn't see the discrepancy either. We didn't order much were just two plates, can't see any difficulties in counting. They have only one job yet still frequently stuff it up like they don't care about neither the business nor more importantly, customers at all. I think perhaps the problems we faced are with the online ordering instead of the restaurant, but we paid a bit for takeaway that was wholly inedible. We ordered online, asking for a two-hour delay in pick-up (we were out and wanted to pick it up on our way home). The website offered this option, so that was great. Once we ordered, we paid but never received confirmation. So I called the restaurant and they said the order had come through, and they were making it. I told them I'd asked for a later pick up and they said they could have it ready much earlier. I explained why and all seemed well except when I picked it up, it had clearly been made much earlier and left sitting. Part of it was congealed, all was lukewarm at best. This place is located on a strip of shop lots on the main street. There are not many parking spaces available on-site. A small restaurant and not many seating available. One can order at the counter and tell them where you are seated or via the QR code on the table. Noticed that the pricing at this franchise is cheaper than other branches, maybe due to the location which was close to Monash University.
