👎🏼 I'm a loyal customer to Redrocks , but I'm very disappointed tonight , I went to the store 19:30 tonight , I ordered : HALF a chicken & chips + a can of fanta + small gravy + small chips , I paid $27.47 and after 20 minutes of waiting I received my order by (19:53) , however I took the food to home (just 5 minutes away from Redrocks by walk) but once I opened the containers I saw a very small piece of chicken breast which is NOT half a chicken , NOT even half a breast BUT a quarter of breast❗️ so I call the store straight away but it was exactly (8pm) and probably they were stopped taking phone calls , any ways I left a voice msg explaining the issue + I took some photos and will definitely return tomorrow ✅️ I will update you with their...

I am a local and also a regular customer here, but I have found that they are getting stingier with their serving sizes, you get less and less each time you go there. After purchasing a 1/2 Chicken and chips I looked in my container and saw a measly amount of chips, I went back to ask the staff why they had given me such a small amount of chips. Their answer was that it was enough for one serving. I told them I was unhappy, but they did not care and also gave me attitude about it. I told them that I had got way more chips on other occasions in the same pack. They do not care about their customers even if you are a regular. To be honest, we only got the chips with gravy. But they were THE MOST DELICIOUS CHIPS on planet earth. We’ve just driven kilometres to get these over 1000’s of local options in our local area. Fresh. Crispy. Silky soft in the centre with just enough texture to contrast nicely with the homemade chicken gravy.
