I recently visited a Warhammer store and had an outstanding experience, particularly due to the exceptional service provided by the manager on duty. Their deep knowledge of the Lord of the Rings (LOTR) miniature range was truly impressive. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, demonstrating not only expertise but also a genuine enthusiasm for the hobby.

The owner Matt - Was rude and egotistical. The way me and my friend heard him talking to presumably regulars in the store and especially younger hobbyists in the store was embarrassing. Bloke thinks he's right about everything in life, hell bent on showing off a trash chaos tattoo than talking about actually selling warhammer. Would not purchase anything from this store again as once this bloke puts on his little polo shirt he thinks he's all knowing....

The manager of this place is knowledgeable respectful and very passionate all good qualities to have, something to note is bookings for paint sessions and games have to be made via facebook and messenger and they always reply very quickly. while im not a massive fan of some of the GW paints this shop has exactly what you need to get started and if you are starting out or a veteran, I highly reccomend this store and appreciate the...
