Pazza Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing, and it was obvious things had changed under the new owners.

To start, the glass I was given was dirty.

I ordered a small pizza with pancetta, but after waiting 45 minutes, I was served one that had salami on it instead. The waitress seemed confused and even asked me what pancetta was. They replaced it, but it was undercooked and toppings were underwhelming.

We also ordered a can of drink that was on the menu, but the staff member wasn’t sure which one it was, so we had to show her.

Overall just not at the same standard as previous owners....

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but when you’ve been waiting all week for a pizza and you get this, it’s beyond disappointing. Please take on board the 1 star reviews and do better.

This is not about the fact that it was cold, (I understand that that can happen when ordering through Uber so no fault on your end for that) it’s about the quality of the pizza and how it’s put together. Because you only use cheese on the base you have nothing to keep the toppings on the pizza so it all falls off. In the end it was like eating a ham sandwich with olives and capsicum...

Updated review - Unfortunately the place isn’t the same since the new owners took over. The service is terrible, ordering over the phone is a disaster and the pizzas aren’t even half as good as before. Sadly we will have to find another local pizza place.

This place never disappoints! We don’t get pizza very often, but when we do, Pazza is the only place my kids want their pizza from. The staff are so kind to my kids and our pizzas are always perfect.
