I feel for the staff.
The Manager doesn’t work on a Monday and they just have no idea what’s going on, then because there is no support or guidance or training they get abused by cranky old ladies.
2pm isn’t pack up and go home time 2pm is still considered lunch so there is no reason for them to have minimal rolls left and not be able to make more. Every table was dirty & the wait times are excruciating especially when you stand there and watch a guy with gloves attempt to pick up coriander with tongs not once, twice but 3 times. Like bro, use your brain and collect the garnish with your gloved hand!
It’s a real shame this place has been poorly managed from opening, the staff lack so much training and you could see the sadness in their face when they were being complained at by several people at once.
If there is no manager rostered fair enough, but you better have a strong team if that’s the case. I spent 20 years in hospitality mgmt and it’s really sad to see how terribly hospitality has suffered, the lack of training, no complaint resolution, no speed at getting orders out, no synchronicity.
Time to get your act together if you are the franchise owner of this place.

The duck rolls are legit when the wrappers are kept moist, but there's no proper communication between staff and most look like they'd rather be having a tooth extraction. A few times I've ordered something, waited and then been told it isn't available after I've come back to get the order (or a frier wasn't turned on, leading to an even longer wait of what is already a long wait). There needs to be a system in place that makes sure staff know what's going on, especially in regards to stock levels. There's a clear issue with communication and it's hurting the business, and there are a lot of unhappy customers, even those who've given them more than a few chances.
