Dropped in on a Friday night around 7pm with a friend and we placed our respective orders. After 30 minutes my fiends name was called even though l placed my order first, l noticed 2 people who had ordered after my friend then got there food. After a few minutes l approached the gent behind and counter and asked about my food. He looked at a bag that had been sitting there before my friend received his food. He went to hand it to me and l noticed 2 burgers were missing. He then turned to a bloke and asked about these burgers. We waited a good 5 minutes before we got the burgers which he placed in the bag but then failed to tell me, l had to ask again. Potato cakes, fish and dim sims were barely warm when we got home. Doubt l will return. Very unorganized, they didn't seem to know what was going on. About a 40 to 45 minute wait.
