Royal Stacks Brunswick — Restaurant in Melbourne

Walked in to Royal Stacks and was given a menu, ordered a Prince George for my son which was $8.90 on the menu I was charged $11.16. I asked the staff what the price was of the burger, she responded by saying the price is $10.90 the menu is old we are waiting for the new ones. I said but that's false advertising and I purchased the product believing it was $8.90. Staff responded by saying the price on the board is correct, I looked at that board and that said $10.40. I asked the staff what could be done about this and the response was " I'm just a worker I can't do anything" I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager. Again I stated I purchased the product believing it was $8.90, if you put yourself in my shoes you would see how wrong this is. The staff responded by saying "if you put yourself in my shoes you would see that I am just a worker and cannot do anything" I couldn't believe what I just heard. After this I asked for a refund and walked out. I am not sure how a business can operate falsely advertising prices and over charging it's customers, better check your receipts next time you go.

Absolutely disgusted by...

Have had great food from here before but unfortunately tonight's experience was terrible. Ordered two burgers (can't recall the names but both are the chicken ones, one has pickles one doesn't and is cut in half), a large onion rings and a large cheesy fries, a milkshake and a small cup soft drink. For starters this was $63.80 which is ridiculous - I knew it was expensive and didn't mind that - but that much for two people is insane. My partner collected the order and in his 3 minute drive home the entire thing was cold. The chips were horribly oily, even mcdonald's chips were better - and then to top it off we recieved one of the wrong burgers. I called the store just to let them know and the girl on the other end just said "okay" and immediately hung up. I wasn't really looking for any kind of renumeration, but the offer to return the incorrect burger wasn't even given. So, least to say, I'm super disappointed.

I had an amazing time at Royal Stacks Brunswick with five of my friends. We’ve been having burgers every week at various locations across Metropolitan Melbourne. I told my friends that I would take them to the best burger place, i.e. Royal Stacks Brunswick. And true enough we had an amazing experience. We were all very impressed by the quality of the burgers, so tasty and accompanied by the best French fries. We were served by Bonnie, Kateryna, Aya and Nadine. They were all incredibly amazing with the great customer service standards, attention to details and friendliness. Despite the busy atmosphere, Bonnie, Kateryna, Aya and Nadine offered us the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. We are now Royal Stacks Brunswick...
