Don't bother. There's no one there. Sign on the door said 'Back at 7:30' Waited 15mins, 7:30 came and went. Waited another 5 minutes and left. Definitely people in the store, could see them moving around out the back. You can't close the bakery to take a lunch break. It's dead quiet so there's no point anyway.

Purchases my daughter a yoyo today, God know how many days or weeks old it was. This is not the first time l have brought something that was old and stale. Majority of the sweet and savoury cakes in fridge are outdated. And the customer service is always poor, like theyre being forced to work.. smile for once!

The cheese and spinach pita is not cooked in an oven but heated in a press and is as flat as a pancake. The Gozleme has zero cheese in it and I mean zero. Pull it apart you will not find any cheese. Very poor quality verging on ripp off.

My sister just moved here… never been here or would have stopped around here otherwise. Keep that in mind when I tell you I would drive back here just for this place!

We bought so much stuff.

Coffee was amazing. Not just good, amazing.

Not sure what we ordered just stuff that looked good. It’s not my ethnicity so unfamiliar with food and no menu probably cost them more sales. But the pastries has mince and WOW!

Even a simple hot dog… that was great

Yo-yo was fresh and soft

Choc croissant was among the best...

Have been to this place 2 times , both time customer service was amazing ,first time I ordered a bunch of savoury pastrys it was beautiful especially the hotdog , tonight I went there as I was craving cake , I ordered 2 slices of cake ,now me I'm no food critic I'm not someone with extremely high food standards ,but I can tell U both slices of cake taste purely of sugar and was not fun at all ,.had to throw it out as it was that bad , final thoughts would be savoury food yeah why not but sweats I'd...

The moment I walked into this shop I was approached by a lovely lady by the name of hava,she made me feel welcome loved caring from her and well mannered,the food here was amazing delicious and there natela donuts absolutely beautiful and even had tables and chairs outside to sit on,keep going hava and never give up to me you deserve a job.Dispite the fact of all the other negative reviews I’m just giving you my personal experience at sams east st bakehouse.Best regards...
