North Street Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ali is the man, keeping the old school fish and chip shops alive, I haven't had fish and chips wrapped in paper for decades, it keeps everything fresh even after the drive home, he is so generous too, the flavour was on point too, everything was delicious especially the fish. He's a good man that cares about his customers. I highly recommend this shop if you live in Melbourne, and if you're visiting from out of town come and grab a feed, you won't be disappointed....

Stopped here from Hoppers Crossing for a feed of Fish n Chips to have at the Coburg Drive-in. It has been so long since I've eaten amazing chips as these. The potato cakes actually had potato in them and where golden crunchy outside and fluffy on the inside just like the chips. Then I had some of the fish OMG! Highly recommend this shop.
