Sandwich Chefs - Deer Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

NOT RECOMMENDED AND WOULD NOT COME BACK!!!!!!! Not being fussy or anything but in this day and age when the competition is so high in the food industry, you really should work on your food quality. Especially when you're selling your business as SANDWICH CHEFS & throwing yourself out as a healthy alternative to foods around the area. Customer service was top notch but food quality was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy below average. The most tasty thing out of our entire order was a bottle of pepsi max. We ordered one roast beef roll, one chicken schnitzel sandwich and some chips. Except for schnitzel, nothing had any TASTE whatsoever at all, not even the salads inside the sandwich were fresh. The jalapenos looked so dry that the girld at the counter took them inside, shook the book upside to to bring the bottom ones on too so that they look fresh. And not to mention, the price!!! It actually HURTS to pay $41 for 2 cans of drinks, a roast beef roll, a chicken schnitzel sandwich and some chips. Could have gone subway nextdoor and got 2 footlongs and drinks and still would have saved...

I usually love Sandwich Chefs—my go-to orders are the roast pork meal or a roast pork sandwich. However, the Brimbank store has really put me off ordering from there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered three times, but each time I was disappointed. I ordered both the roast meal and the sandwich multiple times, and while they did include the roast pork, they never added any crackling. On top of that, the meat was cut into huge, dry chunks.

Recently my hubby went to buy his roll , and as he approached the lady behind counter ran into the bac to get store owner. When hubby gets to counter the owner says to him ,Ah we've been waiting for you to come bac, last time he was there 3wks ago, unsure as to why they'd been waiting for him 🤔Owner says mate last time you bought your roll ,you paid with $50 note and you walked away without waiting for your change, so mate here's your change 😉, Wow hubby couldn't believe they were so honest and they remembered me.
