We order regularly. Always a healthier option so a significant inspiration for ordering is makimg a healthier choice. We normally get salad sandwiches or similar and if my young daughter eats all her salad she gets a treat of a hash brown. Look at the disgusting offering in this photo. A photo doesn’t do it justice. Terrible customer service. Ordered food to go and was given the wrong order. Very challenging to reach by phone and highly unhelpful. After picking up my order and going home, I realised half of my order was missing. I returned to the shop and explained the situation to the owner, who rudely accused me of lying. After a few minutes of argument, he agreed to check the cameras. Purchased a roast beef roll at Sandwich Chefs at the Pines in Doncaster East. It looked nothing like what was pictured. Even though it was suppose to be sitting in the bane maree, it was served cold despite also being microwaved and it was tough. It was completely unsatisfying and sub-standard. My friend had a pork roll which looked juicy but also cold. Food standards require hot food to be maintained above a certain temperature or be heated adequately. This was most certainly not the case.
