Have been report to local council and the ACCC. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a roast pork roll with chips and a drink, cost $20 which is on the more expensive side but when I sat down to eat it I had a bite and it tasted rotten! Spat it out straight away and smelt the roll/meat and it smelt foul! Absolutely disgusting. No worries with the rest of the order so just took the sandwich back expecting an easy refund. Oh boy. After speaking nicely and kindly to the eldest staff member she called her boss because she stated she couldnāt supply a refund due to not knowing the till code (lies) I then spoke to the boss on her phone who after going back and forth agreed to refunding me. When I have the phone back to the worker she said a few things quietly and hung up, rewrapped my sandwich and gave it back to me. I said I donāt need it just the refund. She said youāre not getting one, I was confused and repeated what her boss said to me to which she stated donāt lie she didnāt say that. After going back and forth for 10 minutes she started yelling at me saying Iām wrong and the meat is perfect and I canāt change my mind and to get lost. Advised AFTER I paid that salad which was 3 THIN slices of tomato, small amount (1/2 hand palm) of iceberg lettuce and a small amount of red onion was an extra $3.00. I said to the woman that she could have informed me of this prior to my decision but she cut me off, automatically became defensive and argued with me. I could not get a word in. At the end I told her that I would allow her to be right but that she had bad customer service. The food tasted good but Iāve had a stomach ache since I ate it- now 9hrs later. I stopped eating at this place a few yrs ago bc it made me sick (gastro sx). However I was in the area and decided to have another go.
