Ive always loved sushi hub. I will always look for this brand when I want to eat sushi rolls. But this shop whoever were working this morning. 2 males 1 female. Terrible sushi! I hardly give reviews, but I had to for this. The sushi we bought had uncooked rice. My son ate it saying it was crunchy. So we took it back and they claimed it's because they kept the rice in the fridge. I know rice and that mostly certainly was not rice that was kept in the fridge and even if it was - it was inedible! Sushi Hub used to be okay when they first opened, but now it’s a total rip-off. $5 per roll for barely any filling, and the rolls are sometimes oddly shaped—more like squares than sushi. They look poorly handmade, possibly machine-made. The fish lacks flavour, the rice is often dry, and the portion sizes are way too small for the price.
