Sels kebabs — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was at home earlier this evening when I had a craving for one of Sels awesome Kebabs. I got dessed snd headed there, not even thinking to look at the time. Sadly the lovely Ladies had already turned off the lights and I could see they were cleaning up, in preparation for tomorrow. I was about to pull out of the car park when one of the staff waved for me to come in, and asked what I'd like to order. It was so lovely of them to then make up my Mixed Kebab and everything was done with such genuine smiles, even though I'm sure they must have been exhausted after having worked such a long hot day. I'm about to head home now, and know that my Kebab will be as tasty and fresh as it always is. Thank you all so much for catering to a hungry, old lady; I really do appreciate your kindness and the effort you put in to make your business as successful as it is. So many other businesses would have either pretended not to notice me, or would have said, that I'd arrived too late, which I realise would have been perfectly acceptable. I truly do appreciate your going out of your way to cater to my late diner request. Can't wait to get home now and eat my delicious Kebab. Definitely 5...

Usually really positive experiences here and amazing food, which is my reason for the 3 stars otherwise it'd be a one. I can say my issue however is with only one staff. All the others are friendly and happy and incredibly helpful. However there's one lady working there, she is never helpful and I have come to avoid the place when she is working. Last night I ordered 3 HSP and not one was without an issue. My own one was asked to have no cheese, when I told her of the mistake (before she had added meat or sauce) she tried to ignore me, she then just scraped half the cheese off, which was incredibly disappointing. All our hsp's were covered in garlic sauce, to a sickening extent. I was left literally throwing up over the amount covering my pack. One of my friends literally scrapped it off. She then didn't even hand us the boxes and left the other Male staff on to hand me the stuff as she just went and sat down with him being incredibly busy. Terrible food. The meat was tasteless, almost no seasoning. We had the HSP and it was 3/4 or more chips and very little meat just covering the top of the container, and to disguise the grease and the lack of seasoning they fill it up with garlic sauce (that did not taste like garlic) and sweet chilly sauce. It was absolutely awful and more than half went to the bin. Greasy and tasteless is how I would first describe the meal and also making the comment that I paid for a meal and not for a large portion of chips with some sort of shaved meat that has been pre-cooked and covered with creamy sweet chilly sauce.
