March 2024

I recommend this place it's worth the visit! It’s a great place for many occasions – from a couple of friends catching up, date night, pre-drinks, a group of friends going out for the night ect ect

Music Cocktails Food (does have GF options – but be sure to tell them if you are celiac ect as some foods cooked in oil also used for non GF food and I would hope they would prepare food in a specific GF area of the kitchen)

Great location to the train or a quick walk over the bridge into town

All first rounds of cocktails are served with pizzazz!

They come out with a smokey cauldron like side to amp you up ready for your night (or couple of hours) of cocktails and fun (but it doesn’t get left with you just stays on the tray)

Was a bit quiet so the owner had the time to come and have a chat with us about getting tips on locals and how he can become part of our community as well as bringing his knowledge of classy drinks from top restaurants from his past. Explained some of the ‘secret’ steps that go into the cocktails that bring in that extra complexity to the flavours. Lovely man lots of smiles.

Our thoughts on the food - A mix of gluten free and non gluten free thoughts from me and my partner

Beef Riblets – GF* well the chips are fried in same oil as non GF food Not riblets – full ribs with a lovely pistachio crumb sprinkled on top

Pork Belly Bites – GF Chilli wasn’t too hot (as I am not a spicey eater)

Wagyu Sliders Looks awesome as comes in colourful buns but was told they were nice but a little dry

A couple of drinks to try:

Social Butterfly – A sweet twist on the martini/cosmo type drink – but take a sip and keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose – the flavours really sing!

Comes with a butterfly on the side of the glass (well the first one did)

White negroni – Great depth of flavours, sweeter than the regular negroni yet still has the traditional bitter tones, not easy to describe but can say do not drink through a straw!

Amazing presentation as comes in a long stemmed rose glass with a rose shaped ice cube – has made it to my partners favourite cocktails list.

Tiki Puka Puka – lovely mix between summer and winter flavours Served in a porcelain monkey head bowl which brings out the child in you as you hold the ears to...

Popped in this evening on a random chance of trying a new place and we were not disappointed. Service was great and helpful, even accommodating the cheesy garlic bread (which was done to perfection) to have some without cheese due to dietary requirements. Food was well portioned given the price and very flavourful.

We could understand the bad review about the volume if it was full but you'd get that at any location, but the music selection matched the vibe and had us moving in our seats.

Only suggestion would be to bring some wetwipes to the table cause once you pick up that burger, you're not letting it go till your done and it'll be...

Outstanding cocktail bar in Sunbury. The cocktails are delicious, theatrical creations with so much love, care and pride. The service is wonderful - these people love what they do and it shows in every part of their service delivery.

They also have a great food menu so you can drop in for a meal and a few drinks, or an indulgent session working your way through the cocktails.

The menu will be updated regularly to keep it interesting and they also do regular specials for events and milestone days like Easter, Mothers Day, etc. Worth following their socials as they keep them updated. Highly recommend to locals and visitors...
