This is for Sacred Mexican, which 7 Star provide via Menulog and Uber. Don't, just don't. It's all filling, hardly any meat. The tacos are pre-made and then refrigerated, then they don't reheat it properly. Almost $100 of food and 4 of the 6 tacos were cold, as in "not heated at all fresh out of the fridge" cold. The servings were terrible, the beef dish had at most 50g of meat for almost $18! The tacos were bite sized for $14 (minus services charges and delivery). My chicken and potato burrito was almost entirely chips! The chicken was terrible, probably pizza topping. This was by far the worst Mexican I've ever had and to have cold food that wasn't heated in with hot food sounds like a health violation to me. I appreciate that given the economy small businesses are suffering but I don't want my family suffering from terrible takeway or food poisoning. I really hope I get a full refund from Uber so these restaurants realise they can't keep cutting corners.

I recently ordered from 7 Star Pizza in Miranda, and I’m beyond impressed! From the moment I placed the order, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my pizza was delivered hot and fresh. I opted for the Tandoori paneer pizza and it did not disappoint. The crust was perfectly crispy yet soft on the inside, and the tomato sauce was tangy and flavorful. The mozzarella was fresh and gooey, making each bite a delight. The generous toppings and balance of flavors made it clear that quality ingredients are a priority here. The portion size was just right, leaving me satisfied but not overly full. What really stood out was the prompt delivery, arriving exactly on time. 7 Star Pizza is now my go-to spot in Mernda for delicious, high-quality pizza. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a fantastic pizza experience.

Don’t know if this is a chain and if it is, it might explain the quality. These guys don’t know how to make pizza. This is a pizza with the lot. There are zero prawns on it. I found a total of 1 anchovy. Mushrooms were removed by request. There is a significant lack of cheese on this pizza, the pizza also isn’t cooked as well as it could be. I was willing to give it a try, but I’m not sure these guys can make pizza well, they certainly have not been doing it long. I will try again in 1 year to see if it improves. Paid $36 for 1 family size with lot (missing toppings) and 1 margarita. The kids did like the margarita but they are pretty hard to mess up tbh. My advice is to go eat some of the best pizzas in Melbourne and see how you compare. On the plus side the pizza was not oily but sometimes some oil can help.

Ok, I was a little conflicted as to whether I give 3 or 4 star rating for Seven Star Pizza, but here it goes. It was a late night desire for some food so on my way home I saw Seven Star Pizza with just a couple of people waiting outside.

I walked in and I was greeted by a friendly young lady who took my order and then promised me it’ll take around “10 minutes” give or take.

So far, so good; now I know it’s a suburban pizza shop and I wasn’t expecting pizzas to the likes of Zero 95 or 400 Gradi (which is now a rip off, check my review on that).

However, I was just after a nice pizza from an outer suburban pizza shop with my favourite toppings. This is where I took issue, after about 10 minutes I’m looking through the kitchen window and I can see pizzas are rolling off the conveyer belt oven.

I’m thinking at any moment I’ll get my order and disappear into the night. As I sat and patiently waited, Uber Eats pickups came and went, I looked at the time and it’s hit 15 minutes and still no order for me.

Then a young couple who ordered after me picked up their order and left, in the meantime more Uber eats delivery drivers arrive. The time is now hitting 20 minutes and by this point I’m getting annoyed as the pizza shop is reaching closing time.

The young service assistant apologised and told me it’ll be out any minute but I’ve noticed that she kept reminding the pizza maker and asking if my order was even in the oven yet.

In the end it took nearly 30 minutes to receive my order. Also for my troubles I received a free garlic bread and an apology.

Now all said and done what was the pizza like you ask? Well best way to describe it is the toppings were fresh, the flavours and cheese were on point and the base was thin with a little crispness on the outer edge.

All in all, it was a pretty good pizza and I’ll give it another crack in future, but one thing they need to pick up on and that’s their time management proficiency. So why did I give 4 stars you ask after all that waiting, it really came down to the freshness of flavour of the product.

Get your times down Seven Star Pizza and you’ll have a...

We have ordered from here at least once a week for the last few years. It was our fave takeaway and we would rave about it to other people. In the last year it has declined and our food is either late, wrong or cold. It’s so very hit and miss which is disappointing. I honestly don’t know why we continued ordering and sometimes a couple times a week. Tonight was the icing on the cake when we called after our food not being here and was told their online system was down and our order was never received. Sadly that’s not the first time we have heard this from them. When I asked for a refund I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then advise sorry but I can’t get in touch with my manager for approval. I don’t understand why when you only “just got my order” after if was placed over an hour ago and are not providing me with any food that you need “approval” to refund me. This took place at 7:15pm and now I have to scramble to find food for my kids to eat or send them to bed without dinner. It’s a pity because when the food and service is good then it’s absolutely great. But it’s just been to many problems now and sadly we have to look for our new weekly...
