the worst service I could get and I would not buy through them anymore. Story: I had 7 people helping and working with me on Saturday 19/10/2024 and had already bought (4 times) each valued over 100 dollars and I still keep the invoices. I ordered 7 souvelakis and what I received was only 6. I checked the packs when I received and all stapled so meaning the uber driver had nothing to do with it. I call them and say I am feeling embarassed as I have 7 people here and 6 meals and I paid for all of them. The solution they provide is "buy a chips and we deliver another one to you". This is not acceptable. I also contacted the head office through their website twice and no response. I strongly recommend myself not to buy from them anymore and here I am providing my views based on the available facts. So...

Awful !! Couldn't be worse! We ended up throwing everything straight in the trash because it was that bad.

I paid $40 for food that was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was full of skin and fat, everything was extremely salty, to the point where it couldn’t even be eaten.

The tomato was pale and white, like it was unripe, and the pickles were spoiled. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about the quality of their food.

What made it worse was the lack of hygiene. I asked the lady what kind of bread they use for their toasts, and she pulled a piece of bread out of the packaging with her bare hands—the same hands she was using to touch everything else. It was disgusting.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, your appetite, and your sanity—this place...

I ordered Uber eats at 5:45 paying $90. Saying it’s going to take 30-50 minutes. The latest arrival time changed from 6:45 to 7pm. 7-7:15 they were “wrapping up” I call up the restaurant, she first answered the phone unprofessionally. I asked why it’s taking so long to wrap up and how long it’s going to be… and said it’s going to take another 25 minutes and that its not even ready! She puts management on the phone and he answers unprofessionally as well and tells me that they’re really busy...seriously no excuse. No restaurant takes this long!
