Food extremely greasy and inedible. Staff and owner rude and dishonest. Charge 33% more than "Our Menu" price. Horrible, nasty experience to be avoided.

Beware they have two menus on their website. 1. Online menu. 2. Our Menu. I had the misfortune of ordering from "Our Menu" which lists prices as 33% cheaper than what they actually charged. I didn't see the other menu. We have usually ordered from paper menus. I didn't notice the price differential until I noticed on receipt at home on one dish. I rang on that one dish.

The girl who answered the phone said she was the person in charge and argued for 5 minutes before saying she would get her boss. He told me to come in then created a scene in the stóre about it - showing me the "Online Menu" which I hadn't noticed before. I showed him the other menu. Clearly he didn't know the other menu was there. He slammed the price differential on counter on the one dish that I had challenged and yelled "don't come back" rather than apologising.

My family has been going here since it opened. Much less in recent times since the new owner took over. The quality of the food is really hit or miss these days.

Last night the food was disgustingly greasy. After wrapping it in paper towel to absorb the excess oil it was still inedible. All three of us finished up having tomato on toast for dinner after spending over $80 on this poor excuse for food.

Well we won't be going back again after this. It was definitely an experience...

I wouldn’t go back! The owner just charged me $97 for two souvlaki packs and 4 seafood sticks, then when I questioned him he reluctantly gave me a lower price of $57 then I looked at his prices and realised I was still being over charged! When asked the guy rudely asked me ‘what do you want money back’ like I had done something wrong !! And then threw $10 across the counter at me!! Saying it’s a family business over and over .. like I should be paying more than what they actually charge 🤯 He was incredibly rude and dismissive by this stage I just wanted to get out of there! I really wanted to like this place. Stopped to get lunch to avoid going to the fast food places. Ordered a fish souvlaki. Firstly it was terribly wrapped and fell apart as soon as I opened it. Unfortunately it was then full of really big chunky pieces of red onion and pale, unripe sliced tomato just plonked at end. There was a very small piece of fish sitting down the bottom. The rest was all lettuce. It had almost no flavour other than the onion. How hard is it to find ripe tomatoes and to cut your onion a little bit finer so that it’s not big mouthful all the way through a souvlaki? It was a late lunch and the place was quiet. So they weren’t even rushed in making the souvlaki. Definitely not worth $16.50. Sadly...
