Terrible, disgusting, bad quality. Full of old dark oil. Asked for chicken salt twice. Did not get chicken salt. Asked for one extra crab stick, paid for the extra crab stick. Went home, disappointed that the meal was lacking a crab stick. Rang up, they said I can get a "free" crab stick when I next visit. I visited, no, I did not get a "free" crab stick, I got a crab stick that I had already paid for but didn't receive previously... Also scallops were the size of a macadamia, tiny. Calamari rings, tasted like fried flour, not calamari. Disgusting. Would not recommend, and never...

Wanted to buy grilled flake and chips, and a fish burger. However, their menu states that they use BASA for the fish burger andI prefer flake so I asked how much extra to upgrade the fish to flake. I was told they don't change the fish fir the burger and that they dont do grilled flake, even though their menu shows grilled flake is an option for an additional fee! The woman was rude and made me wait about 6 mins befire asking me what I wanted. I ended up leaving without ordering and going to Seafood Basket in Keilor East who were lovely. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC customer service. Both the women who work in there are an absolute disgrace. We ordered a piece of fish and then was told lemon and tarte sauce are not included (besides the fact it being up on the menu) which resulted in one of the women screaming at me. They also accused me of lying when I put a phone order through as they had forgotten one of my burgers. No customer service skills what so ever! I am absolutely appalled at their attitude. Save your money and go to JB’s Charcoal Chicken...
