Poor service, ordered coke zero from online delivery menu, driver turned up with pepsi. He and store person (whom he put in the phone to me) tried to argue that they don’t sell coke brand. I explained website says they do and that’s what I ordered, thats what I want, I hate pepsi, and they need to give me what I ordered. Store person asked if I wanted a different drink than what they turned up with, driver was too lazy to make the return trip to correct the error in their assumption upon realising their website was wrong when they were packing my order, he asked if he could just give me cash back. But thats not the point, doesn’t make it better. You take our phone numbers upon ordering, would take you 30 seconds to call that number, say “we’re really sorry but we lost our coke contract and have had to shift to pepsi brand, what drink would you like from the pepsi range” You’ve gone downhill Snappys, very disappointing to see your lack of care for the people who pay your bills, this is evident in your every dropping...

My son had their HSP pizza and recommended this place, here’s my experience. I called the store to inquire about any offers, the lady who spoke to me had a tone of voice as if she was going to bite my head off for asking about deals! I ordered the HSP pizza and a side of chips anyway. I found that none of their ingredients were fresh. The chips were refried and hard, the crust of the pizza was harder, like when the dough is stored from a day earlier (I know because I used to run a pizza store) and the meats looked days old with negligible topping. It was a stale pizza disguised to look fresh with lots and lots of sauce. I can tell you two things that I noticed should ring alarm bells. Firstly, never ever as a rule of thumb get pizza from a place that doesn’t have their own branding on the pizza boxes. The second thing that rang a bell was the size of their oven, which was maybe just twice the size you find in peoples home’s, that would explain all the late deliveries and reviews. Worst 21.98$ I ever...

So inconsistent. We've ordered pasta a bunch of times and they replace pasta types without contacting us to say they're out of what we've ordered. They even put the wrong sauce on the wrong pasta. We ordered pizza, told it would be 45 minutes for delivery on a weeknight. 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered we still had no food. We called to ask why it was late, they said they had run out of dough. No one called to tell us of any reasons for delay, or to explain that our order might be late (y'know, basic customer service). When we asked why a phone call hadn't happened we were told "we're busy." When we asked what they would do about the order, they merely offered a free drink, when all we wanted was our food. Their food is nice, but their customer service is appalling....
