Soprano's Pizza Pasta & Grill Bundoora — Restaurant in Melbourne

Took my family for dinner here a couple of weeks ago. Food was a disaster. My wife's Lasagna was basically not even layered. My crab was cold and my kid's parmas were rock hard. Was pleased however with the young waitress who seemed so apologetic about our food being late. She was kind and we even joked about how her name is on the building. the poor girl was was running up and down the stairs trying to cater to both floors while I noticed one of the other waitresses chatting away with customers she must've known personally for much longer than she should have, and even turning to the busy waitress only to have the decency to tell her to "hurry up".

The chef was heard screaming from the kitchen and my family AND everyone else seated up stairs were shocked at his foul language to what must've been another worker.

Every table around me had a complaint and it was ridiculous. If you want to have two floors with the amount of tables you do, it is probably in your best interest to hire more than two active waitresses.

A tip from me to the people running this restaurant, if I have to wait over and hour for my food to arrive, at least prepare it the way it should, both presentation wise, and...

Since the change of mngmnt, things were going ok but I’ve now stopped ordering as they are downsizing food sizes but keeping or in some cases increasing the prices. Such a pity bc I really liked their food.

I've been ordering from Nat's for a couple of years now and the food is fantastic. They have the best Parma in town and the pollo Lydia is to die for (especially with mash pot's). There have been some issues but always resolved quickly and with out fuss (there's always an issue or two when using any service over a few years.) I have always found the phone staff to be friendly, professional and remember what I like with my orders (I'm a bit fussy lol). I wholly recommend this restaurant for delivery, I don't eat out much but I'm sure their inhouse food is as good as the delivery service, if not better. Love you guys!!!!!

I ordered a Coke Zero and a Fanta and I got water instead. They thought they could get away with it. I didn’t even get a refund, I could’ve had water anytime I wanted at home and I wasted my money only to get water from them. In the end I let it go but the most annoying part was that I got mash potatoes and they didn’t even bring it. Think twice before going there because it’s a rip off. They won’t give what you came for they will take your money. Think twice before going there. These guys think it’s fine for them to do this because I am at home and not at their restaurant. This is really bad customer service. They didn’t give the drinks or the mash potatoes I ordered. So I repeat DO NOT EVER GO THERE THEY WONT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ARE AFTER THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! They could have just given us a refund or told me they didn’t have those items but they chose to keep the money and try to trick me. Spread this around please.
