I don’t normally write reviews, but my recent experience at Subway was so frustrating that I felt the need to share. I walked in expecting a simple, quick meal—what I got was a complete disaster in customer service.
First off, the staff seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. There was no greeting, no eye contact, just a bored expression and a sigh as I stepped up to the counter. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee clearly wasn’t listening, and when I politely corrected them, they acted like I was the problem.
They were rushing through everything, throwing ingredients together carelessly, and when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted (which I always do), I got an eye-roll. Seriously? That’s part of your job. And don’t even get me started on how dirty the prep area looked—it didn’t inspire much confidence in the food I was about to eat.
To top it all off, the employee barely said a word at the register. No “thank you,” no “have a nice day,” just shoved the bag at me and walked away. I left feeling more annoyed than anything, and definitely not valued as a customer.
Subway needs to seriously rethink how they train their staff—or at least hire people who actually care. I’ll be going somewhere else next time. Definitely...

I got told off for not ordering the two subs I needed at the same time, got told salads weren't included in the second one despite the lady asking which salads I wanted. I’ve always been able to ‘build my own sub’ with the salads of my choice in the past. Apparently that’s too much trouble for the incredibly rude staff at the Endeavour Hills store.
If i could give a negative score I would. Safe to say I’ll never visit this...
