Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

Rude staff working today, they weren't wearing name tags so unsure of name (asain background). The female was ignoring me for about 10 minutes, no customers in line and was working on a pre-order. Both staff actually ignored me for 10 minutes, it took that long before one decided to stop working on the longer order and serve me. I was about to walk out when the male staff finally acknowledged me. There was no one else in line, I'm assuming this was a pre-order as there were a bunch of order tickets on the counter. It wouldn't have taken much to acknowledge my existence as I was the only one there. One of them could of kept working on the order and the other serve me. The lady who served me didn't use any spoken language and she did to the customer after me so was clearly capable of talking but felt I wasn't worth her time. The lady also barely put enough chicken on the foot long only a few scattered pieces, i then had to ask for more. Definately no love in the job or customer service. Terrible experience won't be back here again. Don't recommend, the sandwhich wasn't worth $30 sloppy and not...

Subway Oakleigh South was a nightmare today waiting ages for service from a solitary staff member who between mumbling inaudibly and asking me to repeat my instructions at every juncture, Then to add to the already frustratingly slow and disappointing service they attempted to overcharge me twice compared to the displayed pricing and when I questioned the staff member he abruptly told me to take it up with the managers. So i paid cash so he could give mew the correct change and again was overcharged and again told to speak to a manager. I insisted that he provide correct change and that any issue with management he could address. $12 for a poor sandwich, poorer staff and incredibly...

Hi, Oakleigh south Subway is next to our home. We live around the corner. Service being going backwards past year. On Saturday ouur 16 year old son ate nothing different. Sunday he didnt have breakfast and l went and got him a Subway which was the first and last thing he ate at 1pm. He felt not so goof after it, didnt' want dinner at 6pm which is not normal for him( growing kid). Then violently vomitting from 2am in the morning until now. IMO he he got food poisoning from your Chicken snitzel sub. He was vomiting all night.

That store has gone downhill IMO from service .speed of service,and now food. Never shop...
