Lack of hygiene and cleanliness measures I went on my break to get a baguette to eat. While I was ordering, I saw the girl leave the baguette on the bench where a young man grabbed it and opened it with his bare hands without gloves and put it in the microwave, while at the same time he had also grabbed it with his bare hands and was cutting a piece of toast. When I pointed out to him why he wasn't wearing gloves and was handling the food with his bare hands, he just looked at me and continued working. Unacceptable of course and I didn't get the baguette and asked for my money back but the mistake starts with the owner who sees the situation of the staff working without gloves. It would be good to see what's going on behind the scenes. He urgently needs a competent service health check if I can imagine what happens during the preparation. Unfortunately I had very...

Amazing Food The sandwiches and Focaccias are the best! Toasting option is available. a constant variety of food is available (Pies and sausage-rolls too) want something sweet? they have amazing Muffins, Tarts and Cakes available. My fav is the Orange and Poppi seed cake.

Ordered an Almond Mocha and a Latte, and receive confirmation that I will receive a Mocha and a Latte.

When I question whether it was put through as an Almond Mocha, I am advised that they have no Almond milk.

It's clear to me that they intended to deliberately give me a product I didn't ask for and hope I didn't ask for my money back
