I think one visit is not enough.
Went for Brunch this morning, Sunday.
Old building, not too much renovation, keeping some its vintage features; footpath, front room and the backyard garden with a big communal table. The front dining area, where the action is can be a little squeezy, not a place for private intimate conversation, to the two young ladies seating behind me, we can hear you.
From the Panini Bacon & Egg, Breakfast Pie, Choc & Raspberry Brulee, OJ, Coffee all good, but we can't try them all, too many good things on offering.
Simple Recipe, quality ingredients, prepared well, on the premise, just have to come back again to enjoy this unique vintage venue.

However they have disappointed me again and again. 1. fly in soup - when I pointed this out they didn't offer me a refund, insisting I have the other soup which I didn't want. 2. rude owners/managers - they are unfriendly and unwelcoming 3. Once i discovered Sugar dough Cafe on Lygon St i never went elsewhere, i have recommended so many friends & my work colleagues here and they all love it.
