Sushi Izu — Restaurant in Melbourne

The worst takeaway experience ever! I accidentally ordered sushi plate for 1 day in advance instead of the same day. What could be easier to update your order date but not with sushi izu! You can’t update or cancel an order from you account, so we tried to call a shop directly. The phone numbers of «support» were woolworths phone numbers, and people there didn’t know what’s sushi izu at all! We ended up going to the shop and no one was there, even though it should be open!!! Woolworths customer service workers gave a call to sushi izu manager, so somehow we got our order cancelled. But no money was refunded until we made a couple other calls to remind them about our refund! Never...

Sushi from here is honestly some of the best around which is so surprising. You could walk outside and get sushi from a franchise like sushi sushi which claims to have the best, but I wouldn't recommend it.
