As my partner and I entered the store. There were two females and one male one of the females was a young redhead who had served me and disregarded my partner as she was about to order, but her other colleague had told the young lady who served us don’t serve other person finish these people first. As I was telling her my order with the meat pizza, I want extra lemon and my partner had asked her About the cheese and mushroom pizza what ingredients does it have? She replied it only has cheese and mushroom so we said okay no worries. As my partner and I sat down and ordered cheeses and Mushroom, One meat pizza, one cheese pizza and one oregano and vegetables as we sat down I had noticed the young lady with the redhead dealing with our order with my meat. Pizza she opened it and just put really quickly just a little splash of lemon as she has disregarded my request, I asked her extra lemon so I spoke from the table. I said could you please put more lemon? She opened it again and she just put a little splash of lemon again. That really made me frustrated so I didn’t say anything as she came around and gave us our order, my partner took a bite of the cheese and mushroom pizza. Supposedly we thought that’s what it has in it as it appeared. There is olives and my partner is allergic to olives so I raised my concern and went up to the counter and informed the young lady as I thought she said this was mushroom and cheese only she said yeah and I said but it has olives she’s like yeah and I said my partner is allergic to olives. You didn’t mention that. She had a smirk on her face and disregarded our concern and continuied to serve other people as I was standing at the counter. The male worker then came to our table to explain that they can’t write down all the ingredients that they have in their food , and I replied. I understand that you can’t write all the ingredients in the menu and that disregard. My point. I told him my point was we have asked her. What ingredients does the in the Pizza and her reply was cheese and mushroom and if she had mentioned olives I would not order it. The olives as my partner is allergic to olives and I said she could’ve killed her But as I was speaking to him, I’ve noticed when someone staring at me for too long she was staring at me from across the counter to my table and have a smirk on her face and as she was serving, she had to bend down to the counter to get a box while she’s bending down while she’s going up she was staring at me and smiling That made me more infuriated so he told me I apologise. I didn’t notice that about the Pizza you have she hasn’t explained it properly about the ingredients I said yeah my partner could’ve died and tell her to stop having a smoke on her face. I felt uncomfortable eating there. I felt suspected. I felt like they disregarded my partners request and also my request I told him extra lemon she was just smiling the whole time with a smirk on her face. Then she was serving a customer while the customer was trying to get the change money and she just stares at me and smirks again. I felt so uncomfortable eating and I got up and I said can I get a takeaway box as I was getting a takeaway box? I explained to him and I’ll go even though at the beginning when she was serving us, she disregarded my partner that wanted to order to point where her colleague had to tell her finish their order before you serve other people. I just don’t understand why we’ve been approached this way Why we’ve been handled that way as we just customers wanted to come in and eat like normal everyone else but why she had to treat us that way and audacity telling her that our order is wrong and she did a mistake. She did not once apologise not once approached us saying I’m so sorry she could’ve harmed my partner and could’ve died And she just has a mark on her face. I meant to say. Ordered the food on UberEats. Would never have thought twice about it until we saw the 4.9* out of 330+ reviews and insanely affordable prices.

Discovered a glittering diamond in the overpriced muck that is scrolling through UberEats so now I've ordered it a second time. I'm not huge on bread but I go through their pizzas like a MONSTER. I can already see the number on my bathroom scales ticking upwards.

The Halloumi cheese pie is filled to the brim with chewy halloumi and stretchy cheese, enveloped in warm, soft bread, its simple appearance belying a complex yet homey flavour profile. The meat and cheese pizza has an indescribable and unique tomato-y, almost curry-like, mildly spiced flavour that works so well it's unbelievable, my partner ate it to completion so rigorously it was as though he was in a trance. The first time he took a bite of the zaatar with cheese, he let out a sob and proclaimed how it was exactly what he had been missing for the last 4 years since he moved here from Dubai.

As a customer for so many years, I love the quality of the bakery products here. However, I was chocked with the Tabbouleh quality, I received it with wilted tomatoes 🍅 and it has black mold spots on it 😥 this was a chock. I believe you can do better in quality and care about your customers health. Also, the parsley wasn’t chopped properly and it doesn’t have (برغل) in it at all. Of course I stopped eating the Tabbouleh once I felt the tomato is mushy and saw the rotten spots. On the other hand, I usually order the meat pizza with lemon and chili, but the quality of that also changed.
