Come here nearly every week and Iām never disappointed , food and service is always simply outstanding and great value for money for the quality of food on offer, very nice that you are always served complimentary corn chips and salsa as you sit down unlike some other Mexican restaurants who just want to bleed you dry for every cent they can Iām looking at you Rosa Mexicano , always try to get something different every time I come and Iām always happy with what I get and the drinks donāt cost an arm and a leg, payed $3 for a Mexican fruit punch from here and for the same price at Rosa Mexicano I get a pathetic tiny little dip and here I get hot sauce to put on as much as I want at no charge whatsoever as it should be , just simply always a wonderful and pleasant experience every single time I come at least here they value their customers and not treat them like sheep cannot recommend them enough , also hats off to the owner who always makes me feel welcome every time I come other restaurants take note this is how you look after your loyal customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was our first visit at the Franchise Taco Bills in Keilor Downs and it was not a pleasant experience. Some crucial attention needed with this establishment when dinning on Sunday night.
Only staff member at front of house (poor lady on her own and doing only her best).
We waited over 10-15mins to be served, when we physically had to come up to get attention for service.
The portions/servings are never consistant with the other franchises and back in the days, they were much larger portions with more toppings (very poor serving and disappointing)
A pungent of (Indian Odor/Restaurant) as you walk into the establishment. Walking out, our clothes reek. Disgusting!
The value of its meals, understanding there is a cost of living issues, it is overly priced.
It is really sad to see how myself who use to manage in a hospitality industry, this has plummet with maintaining its integrity and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTaco Bill Keilor Downs is one of the rarest of the rare mexican restaurant that canāt even serve good nachos. Poor quality of cheese, appeared as if they reheated the entire thing. The nachos plate was on our table within two minutes of ordering it or chef might have magic wand. Really bad smelling glasses, I got them changed twice however was unsuccessful in my attempt to pour lemon slush in odourless glasses, I believe they might have been using those since they opened the restaurant so could be antique pieces that they donāt want to replace with new ones. And Burrito bowl - actually they should name it āLettuce bowlā since it had just Lettuce with countable number of beans and rice grains.
This experience was 180 degrees from the one we had at Taco Bill Baccus Marsh which ticked all the boxes in terms of quality food, great service and GLASSES. I believe these big chains donāt care any more about...
