First i wish I could give 0 stars, we reserved a table for 10 people however we were given 8. We were on time at 10.30am, but we had to grab a dirty table, then we ordered our food. We ordered straight after each other, however only 3 meals came in 15 minutes. The other orders came 45 minutes to an hour. This was really upsetting as when peoples food came others had already finished their meal 20 minutes before. Also one person had diabetes and didnât receive his food for almost an hour and a half later, he was the first one to order out of everyone and it was only because he had asked that he actually received his meal. He had taken his insulin as only his chips came, but his main meal didnât come. So it was not good as he had to eat straight away otherwise he could get really sick. Some of the food came out was very overcooked and some were undercooked. We couldâve gotten really sick, and to make it worse the water was very dirty. The bottle had settlement of dirt and old food it was very unpleasant. The cups were dirty and same thing as the bottles, plates and tea mugs, it was actually putrid. When we asked for a new mug the girl said itâs just a stain. We arenât stupid and know the difference between dirt and stains. Some of the coffees were super hot or was super cold. Then one of the drinks had too much caramel syrup in the coffee which was sickening and was undrinkable. This is an extreme health risk and unsanitary especially with this covid stuff. This will need to fixed as it can make you very sick. We will never be dining there again and hope the cleanliness and service gets better. As this is...

Ordered poached eggs on toast with Bacon - it comes out and one of the eggs were only half there, the bacon was not even cooked properly (there was a large serve of bacon). Dry toast with no butter offered at all. I complained and was told they would replace - no problem. I get the second attempt - eggs and toast fine, but literally ONE piece of bacon on the plate - the first attempt there was several pieces of bacon (although not cooked properly). Took the plate up to the counter, rude staff who eye-rolled and just glanced at the manager/supervisor who came over and gave me a full refund when I explained what had happened.
