The customer service I received Sunday (17.08) was very much appreciated, I wish I remember the girls name I spoke to, she was lovely, went above and beyond after our terrible doordash experience. We ordered the Big Feast and I know it would have been hot and fresh if we had a different doordash driver that day. On Sunday I ordered our meal for delivery, Doordash is the delivery service that is used when ordering from their app and never have I had this experience when ordering from red rooster, but the driver that picked up our order decided to also pick up a Cole’s order before dropping mine off, which he spent 30 minutes waiting for, I called this driver at 2.15pm as he had picked our order up at 1.56pm, meant to be dropped off just after 2pm (I do live close and should have just driven there, but was feeling a little seedy from the night before🥴), I spoke to the driver and he told me “ I’m picking up a Cole’s order, not my fault, that’s how it works, your food is in a heat bag, I need to make money too”, (hot chips are never nice after spending over 30 minutes in a heat bag😆) so our order was dropped off at 2.32pm. Anyway, 10⭐️ for the outstanding service from Red Rooster Karingal, I appreciate everything they did, as it was not their fault at all, so I definitely recommend and will buy again, but I also recommend that if you live close (no matter how seedy you feel), go and pick it...
Read moreNot the greatest of experience's unfortunately. Tonight I thought I would treat myself to spicy honey fried chicken for dinner. 550pm I was at the drive through and tried to order and was told they were out of fried chicken!
I seriously thought she was joking. I mean it's the one thing they promote themselves as selling. After disbelief, I ordered the tenders, only to wait 25 minutes in the drive through waiting to get my order.
Upon finally getting to the window I could see multiple orders sitting there waiting to be passed out to customer's. Goodness knows how long they were sitting because my order was already cold!
Not impressed at all.
What restaurant whose main item on the menu is chicken, doesn't have chicken?

Read moreWe ordered a meal using Menulog to be delivered. We saw the delivery car drive past our house but never came in. We never received our food, we called back an hour after ordering our food. The person who took our call explained to us that the delivery person came to our house and waited for 15 minutes. We were sitting at the front of our unit, so this is impossible. The lady from Red Rooster was quite impolite and didn't help us get our food but instead said we have to contact Menulog for a refund. Although, it wasn't all their fault, we gave them the wrong phone number, so they couldn't contact us.
