First and last time I'll ever go here, i knew i had a certain amount of time before an appointment in other end where coles is, so instead of ordering what i wanted, i went for the quickest option of eggs, got coffee first then was waiting over 20 minutes, realising the time i could hear bell after bell ring and nothing, finally got up to see where food was and still wasn't even ready. After i got up to complain, i didn't appreciate a staff member coming after the meal was delivered when i had a couple of minutes to eat telling me a bunch of excuses as to why it took so long to cook eggs on toast. By the way i got sick, that sauce with it was disgusting, and the size was so small. People are crazy to eat at this place, i know plenty of places that make me feel at ease and have a good portion for the prices you pay here. I had plenty of time to allow myself to relax before a stressful appointment and this made my anxiety go pretty high. Other staff members were nice but don't come uo to me saying i should've done this and that, that made me for sure not want to come again. Every time I get takeaway food, I’m always waiting at least 15 minutes. I only order chips most times, sometimes a toastie too. Regardless on whether they have no customers or 30, it’s always the same. Today I ordered a croissant and chips. It took them 25 minutes to get me my food. I was on my work break and can’t waste almost half an hour waiting for food. That’s why I only got something small. I saw a man who ordered after me receive his entire meal of fish n chips and a coffee before I got my food. I could see what I thought was my food just sitting on the bench (it did end up being mine) every time I tried to get a workers attention, none of them would make eye contact with me. Don’t get me wrong there are a few girls there that are really lovely but some of them really don’t look like they want to be there at all. I finally received my food after 25 minutes and I got back to work and opened the container. The chips I paid $7.90 for were embarrassing and my croissant was way over toasted.
