Attention people in Epping, PD Florist Cafe is where you need to be to satisfy your brunch needs ā€¼ļø Perfectly located in the middle of residences, this place not only offers brunch/lunch dishes, but also flower arrangements, groceries and snacks! Very convenient for the locals nearby šŸ˜ We got: šŸŠ Fresh Orange Juice - one of the freshest & healthy juices Andrew’s ever had! Great alternative if you’re trying to reduce your caffeine intake ā˜•ļø Mocha - I’ve been obsessed with Mocha since the cold days started hehe (andrew said of course it’s coffee AND chocolate what’s not to like?! šŸ˜‚) and this drink was soo tasty, perfect complement to the meals šŸ³ Mediterranean Breakfast - we love it when a restaurant brings something unique to the menu! The zaatar pita, labneh dip, halloumi, sujuk and the rest of the ingredients work so well together and just a welcome change to the brunch scene šŸ³ Smoked Salmon Benedict - this is a classic but always a goodie! However, they seem to add an extra seasoning that elevated the hollandaise sauce flavor which made it really tasty & different 🤤 šŸ§‡ Biscoff (Fried) Waffle - this is probably what heaven serves! The fried waffle was just incredible, crispy outer and soft inside with biscoff sauce poured all over, ice cream & berries just absolute perfection šŸ¤©šŸ‘ŒšŸ» Everything was incredible! The staff were friendly, the place was massive and bright, they have everything you need if you want to satisfy your sudden craving of food esp if you live close by šŸ˜ Honestly, it made us think if we move to Epping it would be alright as long as we are close to this place hehe šŸ™Š But even if you’re not a local, their dishes are sooo worth the travel (esp the fried waffle!! 🤤). We highly recommend you to check them out & tell us your experience 🄰

Look this place has some decent coffee and food which is why we have braved coming here a total of four times. The first time we came in the morning and waited at the counter while the staff member (though she saw me waiting) continued to unpack the chairs and only assisted me after she was done about 5 minutes later. The last time we came here I was so disappointed. We had placed our coffee order as dine-in customers but they continued to serve and make the coffees of 4 take away customers who came AFTER us. We were shocked! And when I went to inquire the man behind the counter was so rude and said "yes it's coming". When the coffees finally arrived there was no apology or a "thanks for waiting". All staff there seem so unhappy to work there every time we went there. No smiles or a "how are you doing?". They are in the wrong field of they chose hospitality. Not a big deal but just added to the disappointment when my toddler was served a babycino with no marshmallow. Had to ask and was told they don't have anymore. I don't think this business wants to flourish. If their aim is to go out of business by driving out there customers they are well on track!

What a fabulous cafe sitting inside the Aurora Estate in Epping. I just moved here a few weeks ago and have never had such a beautiful cafe within 5 mins walking distance. The staff are cheerful and friendly, the ambience is great and the bespoke gift ideas are gorgeous. There's plenty of room to sit inside, some pretty seating outside and parking spaces if you're not walking there. They're coffee is really good and even though I'm not vegan, I noticed they had vegan and gluten free food on their menu, so they've really thought of everything. Aaaand they have some basic groceries available, but tastefully set up so you don't feel like you're in mini-mart.

I was trying to make a special order to accomodate my child and as I was querying it the part owner popped in without asking for clarify to tell me what he thought would be the answer to my question - his delivery was shocking and I could see how easily he stumped the person serving me - I made it known that it wasn’t appreciated but his response was highly rude, defensive and when I tried to tell him so he kept making his case in quiet an unprofessional manner. Just so it’s clear - an apologise should be delivered in a sincere and geneuine tone not a rude and sarcastic one 1 when I told him I was not ok with this he looked at his colleague and laughed ! Wow.

The lovely lady who was serving me did her best to try to diffuse - but he didn’t. Man I was shocked to hear he was actually a part owner . He proceeded to tell me my two choices were to ā€œlet me fix this or leaveā€ but it was in a very authoritivs and condescending tone. I honestly wanted to burst into tears.

I cancelled my order and put back the additional things I was going to buy and just purchased for my son as he was eagerly awaiting this meal otherwise I would have told the guy to jam it up his egotistical proverbial and left.

My cousin brought me here as she is the local and not me - and she’s most certainly going to think twice about introducing anyone else to this establishment.

The lovely young lady did everything in her power to turn the service around right up until we left and I whole heartedly appreciate this.

But the guy - he will, with time see the impact this style of service will do to his 1. Business 2. Customers 3. Employees - good luck...
