@thekioskbydasporto 📍Williamstown Beach 🐟 Fish and Chips Located right at Williamstown beach is The Kiosk by d’Asporto, serving up panini, southern Italian snacks, drinks and hot food to beachgoers from 7am to 7pm (dependant on the weather). ☀️ I ordered the Fish and Chips ($16), which sadly both were very dry. The tomato sauce ($1.50) tasted like vinegar which went straight in the bin. I also wasn’t a fan of their batter. The serving was quite generous, offering 3 pieces of fish. 🐟 You can’t order one potato cake, you have to order 3 for $5, i would’ve loved to see a pack including a potato cake, calamari and a piece of fish as an option. My friend ordered a Caprese Panini which she enjoyed, I think going for their Italian snacks is your best bet. I love that their arancini and croquettes are all cooked to order! 🇮🇹 An unfortunate experience this time however due to convenience it won’t be my last visit. Prime location, always playing good music and a few tables around to dine.

We came to Williamstown Beach last weekend specifically to get a bite to eat from The Kiosk. We love Pizza D'Asporto, so thought we'd try this and it didn't disappoint. Considering how packed it was on a beautiful sunny day, the orders seemed to go quickly and the quality didn't suffer. We shared a seafood pack, which had fish, calamari, prawns & chips - bit exxy for the size as the fish was quite small but it was fresh and delicious. Definitely the best 'beach food' I've eaten 😊

It’s a nice cafe at a convenient location. Coffee is good too. However, recently tried their smoothie and was so disappointed at the serving size. It’s equivalent to a small size that you get at most of other places and cost was $11 here. Would not recommend the smoothies. It was just a simple one. Way too over priced for such a small serving size. (It’s still looking larger in the picture somehow, the actual size is smaller). Also, they only sell one size as mentioned.

Right at the beach this place is soo perfectly located… The menu is limited but good to keep things simple. What is completely missing though is a community mindset for this little slice of prime spot. Example- there isn’t a way to add an extra fish or some extra nuggets by themselves to a full meal. Often a staple option at any fish n chips place it felt a bit opportunistic given there aren’t any other places around and we simply had to buy full sized meals for kids. What a waste. $16 for fish n chips but flake is half the size of what you get at a-n-y local shops around… I’m not sure if I’d eat here again- probably...

The envy of all cafe ..... Location wise, who can beat that, the envy of all cafe owners .... the only issue is finding a car park on "Beach peak" period and feeding the parking meter, which is about the same as the coffee itself $3.00/hr. It was quieter than the usual "beach peak" period, just the way I like it. Coffee wise, La Marzocco and Illy coffee beans combo, at $4 for a small cup is okay, on the strong brew side, but at least is not $6 for a premium spot. Will check out their Menu, such a great spot to enjoy Sundays .......
