I frequent this place every weekend and get great customer service and delicious coffee. However, today I encountered a really rude staff who presumed I had over taken someones spot and instead of asking me nicely if the customer behind me was there before me, he just ignored me and served the gentleman behind me. The gentleman behind me told him i was indeed there before him and when I asked him Did you ignore me because you thought I had cut in the line he straight-out said, "Yes I did" and didn't offer any apology. This boy was just plain rude and really needs to learn some etiquette and customer service skills. He seemed to only want to serve people who are white skin when he himself is not white skin....
Read moreI actually really like this Cafe/deli as it's very close to my mum's house and convenient to get a coffee and something to eat not to mention the delicatessen. This is a small cafe/deli with seating inside and outside which is covered. The Cafe/deli has so much food and it's very nice from both sections. The last time I went with mum we had a cappuccino which are very nice and reasonably priced and a slice of frangipani cake that is delicious. It does surprise me that in such a small shop they can fit so much stock and choice. I always enjoy visiting and spending time there. It's located at Bentons Square and I absolutely recommend...
Read moreA horrible experience tbh, I was there to grab a cup of coffee ☕️ around 4pm last Friday, I said good afternoon gentle but clear to the middle age female staff in uniform who standing in front of the registar, then she totally ignored me by avoiding eye contact. according to the time schedule on google, the shop would open until 5pm. You can close up earlier, I understand. But two female staff totally ignoring me, an Asian male in a lovely beanie, desperately in need of good coffee....Mornington area is not ready for Multiculturalism. Their facial expressions made me very nervous and uncomfortable.
