Haven't been back in about 3 years, I remember the Pearsciutto being amazing. Today I was rather disappointed. I'm not dure what it was, whether it be the blue cheese, prosciutto, the pear or everythinf. But it just wasn't enjoyable. I just remember ir being amazing. The seafood one was nice. Lacking cheese a bit. But lovely. Then our third pizza, the Napolitana, which just has olives and amchovies wasn't very exciting. On each slice there was one anchovy and 2 olives. And the slices aren't very big, so the one sliver of Anchovy is just too much. I know presentation is important, but I feel like you should have small picea scattered, sa.e with the Olives. Two stars. One for nostalgia. One because...
Read moreSet in a beautifully quiet and leafy part of Frankston I came across the pizzeria on Norman. This large yet cute and intimate setting was the setting for my mother’s birthday and what an experience it was. Met upon arrival by the charming and endearing owner we were impressed from the outset.
A menu that any pizza lover will salivate over but it was the staffs extensive knowledge of the menu and their honest yet perfectly appointed recommendations that impressed most.
The pizzas themselves were amazing and the first bite had me feeling like I was in Italy at a traditional pizzeria. Amazing flavoursome combinations of ingredients sourced both locally and abroad have me now driving over 25 mins every week for my weekly dose of the pizzeria. Do yourself a favour and come experience pizza with...
