As others say, a lovely stretch of bush amidst suburbia.
However, several parts are quite steep. There's some steep long sets of steps for getting to and from several adjoining streets, and also some stepped 'links' for switching across to a different path.
So it can be hard going physically if your fitness isn't very good. If so, the easiest stretch is from the Hoadley St entrance, and then turn left onto the fire trail which is pretty flat.

Depending on which tracks you take there are lots of stairs. If you make it to the bottom the view of the ocean across the road is worth the effort 😊. Only downside are the houses back right up to the path for large sections of the tracks but it is still a nice walk and better than wandering...

There is a great information board on the Lawson Street entrance. Parking is pretty good. It is somewhat wheelchair friendly but more likely someone with a walking cane. Very kid friendly.
