This is the worst restaurant ever!!!! I have had a very unpleasant experiences there today with my family including 2 kids under 4!

This is the first time that I visited this restaurant, and I ordered pho for my family ! There is no information regarding the price difference of different size of the bowls on the menu! So I took it for granted that the price is fixed and the bowl is the same.

I also checked with the lady (who claimed she is the owner later)if the bowl is big? She said yes, and it's very big!

But, when we finished our lunch and were about to pay for it, we just noticed that we were charged more than AUD 11, I then checked with this lady again asking why the price is different with the menu, and her attitude is extremely bad, she claimed that I ordered the big size for my family, BUT the fact is how should I know there are two different size bowls offered to the customer when the information is not listed on the menu!!!!????? I order the food according to the price listed on the menu, and as a waitress, she should have explained to me clearly that different bowls have different prices! I feel very upset and disappointed!!! And this lady is very crazy and arrogant, she shouted at me with very high voice "I am the owner, I will not refund, you ate my food, get out of my place". My husband wanted to take photos, she even tried to attack my husband when my kids were there, my 3 year old boy was very scared and started crying after we left this place.

I won't not recommend this restaurant to anyone else!

We have been to this restaurant on several occasions, but the service and quality is clearly deteriorating. It seems they can predominately handle a small lunch time attendances. But a packed dinner session when they do get busy, they really struggle. They have an extensive menu, but the reality is that they cannot fulfil what's on it. I have ordered BBQ Pork stir fry on several occasions previously, but last Sat they would not provide it, although I could have had a BBQ pork omelette. A staple Vietnamese meal is Beef & broccoli and that wasn't available either. The first to meals we wanted to order were not available. They clearly need to get the supplies ready for what's on their menu. The lady owner does tend to have a take it or leave it attitude and is not accommodating to satisfy the customer. Maybe throw in some Spring Rolls or 1 Dim Sim ea to retain customer good will, but no. If you get them on a good day things might be ok, but its only luck that may give you a reasonable time. Dont rush there...

Service was so poor & outrageous. Short of staff isn't the customers fault or issue. If you cant afford to accommodate your customers you shouldn't overtake customers.

Firstly, if a client has been waiting 1 hour for 1 dish to be presented. When asked upon when the dish is about the arrive. " Misunderstanding we didn't place the order without no apology "...

When about to leave I confronted the owner regarding my mum was waiting 1 hour for her dish. At least have the manners to apologies instead of making excuses regarding shortage of staff.

Furthermore to be screaming to your client say sorrying in front of other customers is one of the lowest things you can do in hospitality walked out totally...
