After our first disappointing experience the owner reached out and offered me a very generous credit at the store to get some more food, and was very apologetic. They have since tweaked some of their cooking times and invited me to try the food again with some complimentary pizzas. I’m happy to report that the changes have fixed the issues we had originally, the bases are cooked perfectly and the pizzas were great. Huge shout out to the incredible customer service this business has, the owner has gone above and beyond and truly cares about making their business the best it can be.

Unfortunately pizza was undercooked, base was half raw, even though it was super thin. Pineapple looked like it was put on after pizza was cooked. Garlic bread was good. Ordered via Uber eats and service was quick

Hey team, whilst I really love your food and here on a regular basis. I notice that one of the employees (tatto behind the ear) seems to bark orders a lot in particular to the delivery drivers. I’ve witnessed a few times her being visibly frustrated at other staff. Last night was toward a delivery drivers. When she called out. They didn’t come within 30 seconds she lets out a sigh followed by a comment that she has called several times and to hurry up. I don’t think that’s a professional thing to do in front of customers. Makes it uncomfortable for all.understand you might not like the rating based on employee behaviour but it is still what reviews are for. I’m sure you may have witnessed this behaviour especially if I have seen it on a few allocations so it can’t be a one off. Hopefully once you see this you will nip...

Only regret is not coming in sooner !

Finally decided to try Victoria's and was amazed by the quality and the extremely generous portions The food, service and vibe in the store was second to none.

The Parma with mash potato - Never had a creamier soft mash in my life, was delicious ! The schnitzel was thick and well cooked, generous amount of cheese and toppings. 10/10

The Tandoori Pizza - Theres something about that tandoori sauce they use, authentic is the word im looking for. The cooked capsicum is a great addition, a party in my mouth.

The Chicken avacado meal - I secretley watched the chef make this from the front counter, he used an actual avacado in the sauce and not the bottled guac that some shops use. 10/10
