Wat The Pho — Restaurant in Melbourne

I got there just before the dinner time rush but the place was still busy you have order at the counter and you can take away or eat in. I chose to eat in as I was going solo so I spend my time whilst waiting for my food watching the crowds.

It's not a posh place but it's friendly clean and has a lovely buzzy vibe. The staff are quick, efficient and friendly.

Food is reasonably priced, actually I found it to be quite cheap particularly for Caroline Springs and it is delicious fresh and made to order.

I had the pork spring rolls. This was $10.5 and really I a little full by now as it was delicious, cooked to perfection.

There is a large selection of food here from entrees to mains, traditional pho, satay skewers and all other dishes you can share.

There is also great drinks.

I'm going to have the avacado smoothie again next time but there's Vietnamese iced coffee too.

Ordered take away BBH. Best BBH I've tried in Melbourne so far. Added the side of chilli into it and the taste was just 👌. I am guessing you separate the intense chilli side from the BBH because of your usual customer base, but thanks for including the spicy chilli side to balance the tastes for the more daring. The meats were precooked in the takeaway container, definitely a plus! Soup was separated from the solids, another plus! The whole dish just tasted so good. I'll definitely be going back to try the rest of their food also! If you are passing by Taylors Hill shopping centre or considering ordering this through a delivery app then stop hesitating and try it out! This was my first time going here. The reviews were pretty low, so I went there with lower expectations. At first glance, the tables and place were pretty clean. It was only us in here, so the food came quickly. We had the Chicken Pho, Beef Pho, and Tomato rice with chicken. The presentation was overall adequate. The chicken pho was great. The broth was clean, and there were a lot of noodles. The beef pho was the same, good. Now, the reason I rated this place 4 stars was the tomato rice. The rice had a unique taste. I couldn't really put my finger on what it was at first taste. It had a bit of a chewy texture, and it was a bit sweet. The chicken was....crispy. It was dry and flavourless without the sauce.
