Westside Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have NEVER written a review but I am SO disappointed!!! Ordered x2 Pizza's, garlic bread and a drink, took almost 2 hours to deliver! (Delivery address is in the same suburb and I ordered over phone at 5pm... at opening time...on a Monday?!). Delivery driver was friendly, but he did not have enough change. Order cost $26.90, I gave $30 ($20 + $10) in notes but all he had was $1 in mixed coins and notes. So I had to find enough change around my house and car to pay. Then I go open up the pizza and there's no garlic yoghurt sauce on the kebab pizza and the pizza was cold with minimal meat on both. This place used to be really good, but how it has changed. Wonderful customer service. After an awful experience trying to order from DoorDash (dasher showed up without our order and then lied about why, stating the restaurants “pizza machine” was broken), I called the restaurant to try and confirm what was going on. They said the food was there waiting, and organised for their own delivery driver to deliver it at no extra charge. The driver was lovely, very apologetic, as was the lady on the phone and once DoorDash was out of the way, everything went great. The food was fantastic, the pasta we had was absolutely delicious and the pizza, though cold by the time it was delivered, was very tasty. Couldn't even swap toppings (pineapple for mushroom), and was told I can only add or remove toppings, as such adding toppings would incur an additional fee. Don't understand how simple toppings can't be swapped over - especially when we were removing said toppings from one pizza and simply adding it onto another (mushroom/pineapple). Paid extra for chili flakes, was definitely not added onto the pizza. Chicken Parma was not how I remember it from a couple of years ago - soft and soggy. Chips had barely any seasoning, and the pizzas were below average. Won't bother coming back, as my money is definitely better...
