Worst experience. Booked tables for important event and they didnt inform band was on at the same time. It would've been nice to be informed instead if being told no charge for the band! Intimate, important family events cannot happen with band blazing in the background!! Ordered a steak. Steak uncooked. Apologised but no excuse. They brought it back uncooked for the second time. Chef apologised saying he cut the meat very large, so did the waitress after the second attempt to cook the steak. Meals very late and people waited for over one hour for main meals. Pizza uncooked and meals in general below average. They need a chef that can actually cook! On leaving they needed to be told to take the steak and food off the bill....

I got the job this year to organise our Woolies work Christmas party. I did some research and found Zait's. Tony and his staff were so helpful helping me prepare for the night, nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after on the night by Tony's friendly team, a huge thank you to you all.
